We had a family wedding in the Dominican and since we had never been there, we asked Amanda to assist, we never had to go to the office, and she helped us right over the phone/ email. Amanda gave us a ton of options to choose from so we could weigh our options on cost, ultimately went with Dreams Royal Beach by Hyatt Inclusive and it was great. We used our Delta SkyMiles to get a discount and booked through Delta vacations and it was a smooth process definitely will be back to both use Amanda and the resort. We also had other family use her and they thought the process was great.

Amanda was great with all the help or work she put into finding our vacation. Any questions I had, she would respond very quick. Amanda was very helpful. For myself I should have done research on everything that was included ??. This vacation was the best I've been on so far.
