The planning was absolutely perfect, the connections were all in order we had to take oxygen with us and Laurie had all the paperwork in order for the airline she did a lot of extra paperwork and phone calls also she set up up to have scooters and oxygen to be set up when we boarded the ship she went out of her normal duties to make sure our trip and very relaxing she even called us when we got home to see how our vacation went.

We had a great time and found Laurie to be very helpful throughout the planning process of our trip. She had good insight on the Caribbean and Saint Luica. She was helpful and knowledgeable about what Sandals had to offer and helped us pick our perfect resort. Laurie provided good information in helping us plan our excursions and transportation. It was great to just stop by the office a few days a head of our trip to pick up our itinerary and boarding passes.
